Job Title: Senior Field Sales Executive

Role Overview:

You will be working on the launch of a new product range including cooking essentials, packaged food, home care and personal care products. We are looking for enthusiastic, well connected women with good speaking skills (knowledge of Marathi language is mandatory) to help us drive awareness for this new brand. FMCG companies charge you 20-40% extra on actual product cost to pay their heavy marketing and promotion expenses. For every celebrity face, consumers have to pay additional cost. 

You won't just be selling products; you will be educating your neighbors on how to save 20-30% on monthly groceries without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Advocacy:
• Drive awareness about the brand and its "Branded Quality. Honest Prices." philosophy
• Educate consumers through pop up stalls about this new brand and drive sales
• Field Coordination:
• Help drive sales through pop up stalls in cooperative housing society societies
• Organise pop up stalls at local flea markets
• Quality Testing: Organize small "Blind Taste Tests" or "Quality Demos" (e.g., Tea tasting or Detergent tests) within your community
• Order Coordination: Act as the central point for placement of online orders and earn on every order
• Feedback Loop: Collect community insights on product quality and share them directly with our team
