• MCA (Computer Science/Application)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React.js to design and deliver modern, scalable, and high‑performance user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build delightful user experiences and lead front‑end best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive, high‑quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Architect and implement reusable UI components, frontend libraries, and design systems.

• Drive performance improvements, accessibility, cross‑browser compatibility, and UI responsiveness.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements and wireframes into functional applications.

• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote high engineering standards.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, e2e).

• Contribute to architectural decisions, tooling strategies, and frontend development workflows.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth deployments via CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, Context API, functional programming concepts.

• Hands‑on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.

• Solid understanding of state management frameworks (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX).

• Experience with webpack, Vite, Babel, and other frontend build tools.

• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).

• Understanding of responsive design, browser DOM, and rendering optimizations.

• Knowledge of modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience integrating with backend APIs and handling authentication/authorization flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and static site generation.

• Expertise in performance profiling and optimization tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).

• Exposure to micro‑frontend architectures.

• Familiarity with GraphQL (Apollo, Relay).

• Experience with cloud‑based development environments and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Understanding of design systems or component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS).
