Senior Full Stack Developer (Technical Lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, work closely with other engineers, and develop high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as PHP, React JS, Next JS, and MongoDB/MySQL.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the team to solve complex technical challenges while also actively contributing to hands-on development. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing dynamic and interactive web components and pages, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Guidance: Act as the Technical Lead to guide the development team in delivering technical stories and resolving complex issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement scalable and dynamic web pages using React JS, Next JS, and PHP. Develop both client-side and server-side components.
• Database Management: Integrate and manage MongoDB and MySQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring efficient data handling.
• UI/UX Design: Develop modern, interactive, and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure code is of high quality, adheres to best practices, and is tested thoroughly.
• Technical Problem Solving: Guide the team in resolving complex technical issues and challenges through effective problem-solving strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration, understanding requirements and delivering technical solutions.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:

• Proficiency in React JS and Next JS for building modern web applications.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build dynamic, responsive web interfaces.
• Knowledge of Redux for state management and handling data flow in large-scale applications.
