Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

*Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

*Provide guidance and supporvt to senior management on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

*Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

*Develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.

Performance Management:

*Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational success.

*Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

*Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

*Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Policy and Compliance:

*Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

*Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.

HR Operations:

*Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational activities.

*Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.
