Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, client-handling skills, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, and timelines efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to final execution
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution
• Manage project timelines, costs, and deliverables
• Guide and mentor junior designers and design teams
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and industry regulations
• Handle client presentations, approvals, and revisions
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in interior design (residential/commercial)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
• Excellent communication and client-management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
• Leadership and team management skills
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in turnkey or design-and-build projects
• Knowledge of project costing and vendor negotiation
• Exposure to luxury or high-end interior projects
