Job Description
- Client Consultation & Project Management:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements; manage project timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Design Conceptualization & Development:
- Develop initial design concepts, create detailed drawings and 3D models, and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Space Planning & Layout:
- Optimize space utilization and create functional layouts that meet client needs and project specifications.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project success and alignment with design plans.
- Design Specification & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed design specifications, drawings, and documentation for construction and procurement.
- Supervision & Training:
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure that projects meet design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Client Communication & Satisfaction:
- Maintain open communication with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
