Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Insurance, Investments & Loans (B2B) to drive business growth through DSA and corporate channels. The role involves managing multi-product sales across insurance, investment, and loan portfolios while building strong partner networks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and disbursement targets across:
• Home Loans
• Business Loans
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Insurance products (Life / General / Health)
• Investment products (Mutual Funds / Fixed Income / Other Financial Products)
• Develop and manage strong relationships with DSAs, corporates, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of loan cases from sourcing to disbursement.
• Drive cross-selling of insurance and investment products through B2B partners.
• Monitor sales pipeline, partner productivity, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, IRDAI regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of insurance, investment, and retail/business loan products.
• Proven experience in B2B / DSA sales across financial products.
• Good understanding of credit appraisal, underwriting basics, and documentation processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Investments, and Loans (B2B/DSA mandatory).
• Graduate degree required (Finance/Commerce preferred).
