 Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager, Training Leader! 

We are actively seeking experienced professionals in the wealth and retirement domain with expertise in knowledge transition to join our team as a Training Leader/Manager. This role requires immediate joining and is based in Pune or Bangalore.  

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees in the wealth and retirement domain. 

• Design training approach, sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant training materials. 

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements. 

• Lead a team of trainers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the wealth and retirement domain. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives. 

• Seamless transition of work 

• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies. 

• Proven experience in knowledge transition and training delivery. 

• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
