Job Description

We are looking for a Mendix Consultant/Senior Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mendix application development, domain modelling, microflow development, UI customization, integrations, and solution implementation on the Mendix low‑code platform.

As a Mendix consultant, you will play an active role in delivering high‑quality low‑code solutions by working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements, propose solution designs, and implement scalable Mendix applications. You will participate actively in agile delivery practices, collaborate with architects, and contribute to Mendix best practices within the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Mendix applications using best‑practice low‑code development methodologies.
• Design and develop apps which can work with Teamcenter and ERP.
• Build domain models, microflows, pages, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP/Databases).
• Develop reusable Mendix modules, connectors, and widgets following coding standards.  
• Configure security, workflows, data validations, and user experience elements within Mendix.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to align application architecture.
• Work with product owners, process owners, and business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical Mendix solutions
• Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

Qualifications

What should you bring?                   

• a Bachelors’ degree or higher in computer science, or equivalent. 
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Mendix development.
• Strong understanding of Mendix Studio Pro, microflows, UI design, and integrations.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and external system connectors.
• Ability to translate architecture guidelines into Mendix solution patterns.
• Proactive in identifying risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities. 
• Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification.
• Good communication skills for discussing concepts with business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile development practices
