Senior Officer

The Senior Officer role is with a reputed bank in India. The selected candidate will be directly employed by the bank, on its official payroll. This is a permanent position within the bank.

Job Description

Proactively acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (NTB CSA) through cold calling, marketing initiatives, and referral networks. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for account acquisition and cross-selling of products such as insurance and mutual funds.

Conduct market research and organize promotional activities within the branch vicinity, including participation in bank-led campaigns. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by managing documentation and compliance requirements efficiently.

Prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate CRM updates, and provide timely feedback to management. Collaborate closely with the Branch Head and Regional Head to drive and accomplish branch and regional business objectives.

Eligibility

• Min 2 years of work experience in Banking/Finance/BFSI/NBFC/Sales/CASA Sales
• Graduate
• Age upto 36
• Male/Female
