Senior Product Sales Manager - GTS-TRANSACTION BANKING-Sales
As a Senior Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective sales strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our Transaction Banking business.- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Transaction Banking domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the banking industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
- A deep understanding of the Transaction Banking landscape and industry trends.
