Job Description

OPENING IS FOR PUNE & BANGALORE

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical presentations for industrial customers
  • Provide on-site and remote support for adhesives, coatings, and UV curing systems
  • Collaborate with global technical teams to understand product specifications and performance benchmarks
  • Assist in sales planning, lead generation, and customer onboarding
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Document application results and support compliance, quality, and process optimization
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing across sales and technical teams
  • Contribute to product localization efforts and feedback loops with global partners
  • Follow up with customers on payment status and ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure alignment with customer quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness

Qualification:


  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Materials, or similar)
  • 3–4 years of experience in industrial product sales, application engineering, or technical support
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and field support
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments and process workflows
  • Ability to translate technical features into commercial value propositions
