Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead sales activities, manage key clients, and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and experience in closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Handle negotiations, pricing, and closing of sales deals
  • Guide and support junior sales executives and telecallers
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Target-oriented and result-focused mindset

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain daily sales report.

• To monitor closely the data of loan customers.

• To be completely aware of the products being offered by the Banks & NBFCs and understand competition offering and handle customer objections.

• To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly recommend Top 3 Banks Options for desired loans.

• To build a relationship with the customer so that he/ she is able to refer other customers.

• To be in sync and work together with the Office Team and other Bank Employees.

• Understanding the joint ownership of the customer at the time of servicing etc

• To ensure timely disbursement, whenever demand arise or for new requirements.

• To ensure appropriate Loan Eligibility Calculations and if required, can take the training.

• To always be well groomed and his sales kit & Dairy should be organized and complete.

• To maintain company first attitude and be respectful in attitude towards other fellow colleagues, seniors, partners etc.

• Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending related documentation such as loan agreement, security documents, KYC etc.

• To do all outside job between bank and customers, like picking documents or cheques or application forms, as required.
