Role Overview The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B and institutional sales, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills, and hands-on experience in solution-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and manage relationships with gyms, fitness studios, institutions, and distributors
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closures

Key Account Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sales support coordination
  • Manage repeat business and upselling opportunities

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Provide market feedback to marketing and product development teams

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, installation, service, finance) for smooth order execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates
  • Maintain CRM records and documentation

Exhibitions & Events

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional events
  • Support branding and product demonstration activities



  • Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness equipment, capital goods, machinery, or manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of institutional and channel sales
  • Experience in handling large-ticket sales and negotiations


Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Willingness to travel extensively, as required
