• Position: Senior Sales Executive (1 Opening)
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 – 2+ years in Real Estate Sales
• Industry: Real Estate
• Work Type: Field work + Office coordination
• Location: Kharadi, Pune
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
• Weekly Off: Monday

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle face-to-face (F2F) meetings with clients
• Manage walk-in clients, site visits & negotiations
• End-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure
• Follow-ups with prospects and channel partners
• Maintain sales reports and CRM updates

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales is mandatory
• Comfortable with F2F client meetings & field work
• Languages required: Marathi, Hindi & English
• Strong communication & closing skills
