Senior Sales Executive

Role Summary:

Role: Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years (preferred in Dairy/FMCG sector)

Location: Pune, India

Department: Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Find new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research by adding new Distributors, MT partners, and Channel partners
• Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Present, Promote, and Sell our products/services to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Give product presentations and demos
• Share regular reports on sales, forecasts, and customer feedback
• Have basic knowledge of distributor operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Experience in FMCG or, preferably, the Dairy industry
• Understanding of sales numbers and ability to read sales data
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of sales methods
• Experience with retailer/distributor/agent management
• Good financial acumen and discipline.
