Senior Sales Executive ( Real Estate )

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and counsel walk-in clients at the site/office.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and unit showings.
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals effectively.
• Update daily sales reports, follow-up status, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and payment follow-up.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1–5 years of real estate sales experience preferred
• Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
• Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone
