🎯 Key Responsibilities
1) Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets and generate quality leads.
- Pitch company services to procurement departments and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
2) Client Management
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct virtual/client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close contracts.
- Ensure high service satisfaction and develop long-term partnerships.
3) Market Research & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Develop sales strategies to enter new markets and sectors.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving services and processes.
4) Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations and internal sales teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline.
📚 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (export/Import industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with excellent time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.
- Prior B2B sales exposure will be an advantage.
