🎯 Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets and generate quality leads.
  • Pitch company services to procurement departments and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

2) Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct virtual/client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close contracts.
  • Ensure high service satisfaction and develop long-term partnerships.

3) Market Research & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Develop sales strategies to enter new markets and sectors.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving services and processes.

4) Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations and internal sales teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline.

📚 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (export/Import industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Prior B2B sales exposure will be an advantage.
