Key Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and LAP business through:
• 
  
• Open Market sourcing
• Connector/DSA network
• Builder channel partnerships
• Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Build and manage relationships with connectors, brokers, and builders.
• Conduct customer meetings, document collection, and coordinate loan processing.
• Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company credit norms.
• Maintain strong follow-ups for login-to-disbursement conversion.
• Maintain market intelligence and competitor awareness.
