Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Visit assigned market/area and generate sales as per targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote company products and explain features & benefits to customers
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports
- Conduct market surveys and provide competitor feedback
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if field role)
- Willingness to travel within assigned area
