Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, ElasticSearch and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
• Proficiency in design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and services will be added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, ElasticSearch and Oracle RDBMS.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of backend components to support the organization's software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Drive the adoption of Agile development methodologies and participate in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Own and drive features/projects to successful completion.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in backend development and cloud services.
• Having knowledge of Security Products will be added advantage.
