Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, databases, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, Azure, and Docker. This role involves not only coding but also planning, solutioning, mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Collaborate with product owners and architects to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Participate in sprint planning and provide technical guidance on implementation strategies.

Review pull requests and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Development & Delivery

Build and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on Azure.

Mentorship & Collaboration

Guide and support junior engineers through technical challenges.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Quality & Security

Ensure application performance, security, and reliability using tools like Datadog, SonarQube, and Cycode.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, code, and processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in full-stack development.

Technical Expertise:

Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.

Database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Containerization (Docker).

Tools & Practices:

Git, GitHub Actions, JIRA.

Monitoring and security tools (Datadog, SonarQube, Cycode).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to mentor and guide team members.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
