Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Support: Support Scrum teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve Scrum processes and practices, incorporating feedback and lessons learned to enhance team performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze Scrum metrics, such as sprint velocity and burndown charts, to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Provide updates and insights on Scrum practices, team performance, and project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
