812 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and solution architecture

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Senior Specialist with 812 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM The ideal candidate will have handson experience in Customer Service Field Service Power Automate Azure integrations CICD pipelines and CRM customizations You will lead solution development mentor team members and ensure best practices in an Agile environment

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and customisation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Build and maintain CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Develop Power Automate flows and integrate CRM with Azure services

Understanding of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory Synapse Logic Apps and Function Apps

Lead Agile ceremonies conduct requirement analysis and participate in solution design

Mentor developers conduct peer reviews and promote software development best practices

Translate functional specifications into technical specifications

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges by analysing logs code data and technical documentation

Stay updated with the latest trends and features in O365 and Azure technologies

Adhere to the organisational Software Development Lifecycle process

Technical Skills

Strong handson experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Engagement

Expertise in Power Automate PowerApps Model Driven App implementation and Microsoft Portals

Proficiency with Azure services and integration patterns

Solid understanding of JavaScript C plugin development SQL Server and SSIS

Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics

Knowledge of Office 365 Microsoft Graph API and Flow

Ability to develop entities forms views workflows and business process flows BPF
