Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies, including vision, roadmap, and market positioning, to drive business success.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and user needs.
Requirements Definition: Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on stakeholder input and market research.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, including user feedback, sales, and market trends, to inform future product decisions.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on product performance, roadmap progress, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
