We're hiring Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Notice Period: Immediate-Who are serving notice period

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO

Experience: 5 - 15 Years


LOCATION: Pune-411014

Tower A of Panchshil Business Park

Hissa No 2 Lohegaon, Viman Nagar


Responsibilities

• Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining the required capability and talent.

• Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/ geographic areas.

• Responsible for managing interview processes for each recruitment.

• Developing and maintaining the required capability and talent. Manages end-to-end recruitment process from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance.

• Provides leadership and expertise in broad recruiting solutions and activities to ensure high levels of service delivery.

• Responsible to review and improve the way in which we advertise job opportunities

• Partners with the appropriate internal business partners and utilizes deep understanding of recruitment to develop strategies, policy, and process for recruitment.

• Conducts thorough needs assessment with hiring managers prior to initiating sourcing and recruitment activities.

• Establishes communication strategy with hiring managers for specific requisitions around candidate and interviewer feedback, SLAs and next steps.

• Ensure end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with recruiting strategy. Manages the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.

• Analyzes the performance and success of sourcing strategies at an aggregate level. Continually explores and recommends process improvements.

• Maintains expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies and processes.

• Perform benchmarking activities.

• Maintain a solid online presence that keeps our brand in a positive position on all digital recruitment sites

• Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation.

• May coach and mentor more junior team members. Provides training and technical support as needed.


Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree human resources, marketing or other related fields

• Experience with ATS systems

• Recruiting experience required

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set service level agreements and meet and/or exceed expectations.
