Location- Pune, India

Role Description

• DWS’s data infrastructure team provides the secure, scalable and trustworthy foundation for storing, processing and distributing critical enterprise data. As a Senior Technical Analyst for Data Platforms, you will serve as a bridge between our stakeholders, architecture, data governance functions and engineering teams. You will help understand our business and regulatory environment and translate requirements and strategic objectives into platform capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

• Capture, structure and document business, architecture, and data requirements
• Perform requirements validation and support the requirements engineering process across multiple teams
• Support user-acceptance-testing for new data products and platform capabilities
• Plan, conduct and document proactive user/developer testing sessions for new capabilities
• Support audit readiness by creating documentation and ensuring high documentation standards
• Collect, visualize and interpret analytics from across our technology products and operational environment to track business satisfaction and service quality

Your skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role within financial services, preferably asset management
• Experience in delivering technical and/or operational solutions in enterprise data management
• Proficiency in contributing to software projects in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, preferably Snowflake
• Structured and precise writing style for technical, process and requirements documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
