1) Managing and training the Junior Technicians and getting the work done from them. Being a point of contact for them. 
2) Following the Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company and your senior manager. Ensuring that all the standard processes are being followed by your teammates.
3) Handling fleet and vehicle related tasks such as maintenance of vehicles, repairing, pick-up and drop of vehicles and sometimes cleaning them if emergency arises, monitoring the vehicles in GPS dashboard, installing GPS in the vehicle, doing branding of the vehicles etc. 
4) Coordinating with Customers for Vehicle related issues and getting all the issues resolved which involves sending the technicians on field and coordinating with them virtually.
5) Carrying out scheduled maintenance of all the vehicles in the Company's fleet. 
6) Should have technical knowledge of Electric Vehicles such as Electric Scooters, Bikes and Tempos.
