Senior Telesales Associate

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Executive for our education consultancy. The candidate must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English and should be a target-driven go-getter with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain education consultancy services and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and provide accurate information.
• Update CRM/leads data and track call outcomes.
