Senior WMS Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Warehouse Management Systems, Logistics Systems, and Transport Management Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Proactively monitor systems and drive Incident Resolution.
- Analyze incidents to identify RootCauses and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and enhance Training Documentation.
