Your work will weave together operational leadership, strategic vision and trusted stakeholder partnership. Each day will bring a new challenge, whether you are driving performance improvements, partnering with business leaders on future roadmaps, or steering our teams and partners towards exceptional service.You will shape the future of how we support, scale and transform our ERP estate, enabling Smith+Nephew’s long term digital ambitions. As part of a major modernisation journey, your leadership will ensure that every process, service and team moves forward with clarity, purpose and commitment.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role comes from blending strong ERP expertise with thoughtful leadership and a drive for continuous improvement. You will bring credible experience, a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams, functions and regions. You will inspire confidence and lead with clarity as you elevate our service model and support the evolution of our ERP platforms.To thrive, you will need:

• Deep experience in ERP service delivery, ideally within global SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
• The ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted partnerships across IT and business teams
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high performing teams and managing vendor partners
• A strategic mindset that helps you improve services, optimise performance and support technological change
