Job Title: Service Engineer – Printers

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair printers and related equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide prompt service to clients.

• Key Responsibilities: Install and configure printers, scanners, and related devices at client locations.
• Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and preventive checks on printers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in printers.
• Replace faulty components and ensure machines run smoothly.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
• Coordinate with the service manager and team for escalated issues.
