Service Officer - Corporate Employee Solutions-Corporate Employee Solutions-Regional sales

The Service Officer will be a key member of the Corporate Employee Solutions team, working closely with the Regional Sales department to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The officer will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new corporate clients and expand the bank's market share.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions for corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to enhance the bank's competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the bank's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a corporate environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to provide innovative solutions to client needs.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and industry best practices.
