Service Process Specialist

*Responsible for facilitating the release management process, focusing on ensuring tasks are being done in a timely manner.*Providing weekly/monthly release reports or as requested by the leadership.*Maintaining a release calendar for applications and associated services.*Maintaining a release repository and managing key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, etc.*Leading and coordinating the Go-Live activities including execution of the deployment plans and checklists.*Ensuring successful deployment of a release.*Being well versed with KPIs & KRAs of Release Management.Desired Certifications : ITIL4 , DevOps
