• Design, develop, and execute test cases forServiceNow modulessuch as Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Performfunctional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testingof ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintainautomated test scriptsusing tools likeATF (Automated Test Framework), Selenium, or other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools likeJIRAorServiceNow Test Management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
