Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

•  Store OperationsManage daily store operations during the shift, ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries or complaints promptly.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members during the shift.
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
• Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment.
• Ensure FSSAI and store hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor food safety protocols, temperature controls, and cleanliness checks.
• Maintain shift reports, sales data, staff attendance, and operational logs.
