Culinary Preparation & Production (Chef Skills)

Smoothie Preparation:

• Accurately prepare a variety of smoothies, bowls, and fresh juices according to established recipes and preparation instructions.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage and utilize fresh ingredients, ensuring proper handling and rotation.
• Meal Preparation:

• Prepare and assemble pre-cooked meal items (e.g., salads, wraps, grain bowls) following specific instructions and recipes.
• Ensure all ingredients are correctly portioned and meals are assembled efficiently and hygienically.
• 2. Customer Service & Order Management
• Order Taking:
• 
  
• Greet customers warmly and promptly.
• Accurately take and process customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, including identifying potential allergens.
• Customer Serving:
• 
  
• Present prepared smoothies and food items to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure order accuracy before serving.
• 3. General Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the preparation area, counter, and dining space.
• Wash and sanitize all necessary equipment, utensils, and blenders throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients, supplies, and retail items.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
