Location: Wagholi, PCMC & Katraj, Pune
Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman Civil
Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Fresher’s can apply)
Gender: Male Only
Allowance : Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3 per Km)
Requirement: Must have Two Wheeler & Driving License
Job Responsibilities:
1. Visit different properties for allocated area for valuation purpose.
2. Take measurements of visited properties.
3. Collect property rates doing local market research.
4. Capture photographs and physical attributes of visited properties.
5. Prepare site visit report.
6. Send prepared Visit report to technical team.
