Job Title: Site Engineer – Row House Project

About Us :

BHANDARI BHUSE ASSOCIATES is a Pune-based real estate firm engaged in land development and residential projects. We are currently executing our Row House project and are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure quality execution.

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day construction work of our Row House project. The role requires strong technical knowledge of RCC and finishing works, contractor coordination skills, and strict quality control to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• ·  Supervise complete construction execution of Row House units
• ·       Ensure work is executed as per structural and architectural drawings
• ·       Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• ·       Monitor RCC work, brickwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing activities
• ·       Maintain site progress reports and daily work updates
• ·       Verify measurements and contractor billing
• ·       Ensure proper material usage and wastage control
• ·       Maintain safety standards and site discipline
• ·       Report progress directly to management

Required Qualifications

• ·       Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• ·       2–6 years of experience in residential building construction
• ·       Strong knowledge of RCC structure and finishing works
• ·       Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• ·       Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Preferred Skills
•        Experience in independent houses / villas / row house projects
•        Strong site management and coordination ability
•        Cost monitoring and quality control skills
•        Ability to handle multiple units simultaneously
