Site Engineer

Site Engineer (Audio Visual Systems) to support the installation, testing, and commissioning of professional audio-visual systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation and mounting of speakers, displays, projectors, LED panels, microphones, racks, and AV equipment
• Support routing, dressing, and basic checking of audio, video, control, and network cabling
• Assist in basic system testing, signal flow checks, and troubleshooting under guidance
• Coordinate with senior engineers, installers, and vendors at site
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Share basic site updates, photographs, and completion status

Role Clarification:

• This is a technical site engineering role
• This is not an electrician or sales position

Qualification Required:

• Diploma / BE / BSc in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related technical field
• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in AV / ELV / low-voltage systems
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
• Willingness to travel to project sites and learn on the job

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and AV systems
• Awareness of basic networking concepts
• Comfortable using laptop or mobile for work updates
• Interest in professional AV certifications

Salary & Growth:

• Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
