Job Title: Site Engineer / Project Engineer – High-Rise (Commercial & Residential)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India 

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Project Engineer with experience in high-rise commercial and residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for high-rise construction projects
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site
• Manage material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate when required
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in high-rise commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site and relocate as required
