• Report progress to management
• Solve problems on site quickly
• Keep site clean and organized
• Maintain records and documentation

What We Need

• 3-5 years of experience as Site Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of construction and building techniques
• Ability to lead and manage workers
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
