Site Supervisor – Power/Electrical Projects

Job Description: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities at the site, ensuring work execution as per drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and client teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities related to tower erection, foundations, and electrical works
• Allocate tasks to technicians, riggers, and labor teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE usage
• Monitor material consumption and inventory at site
• Verify work as per drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with Project Manager for work schedules and targets
• Maintain site progress reports, attendance, and work logs
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters
• Ensure quality checks and inspections before handovers
• Manage subcontractors and vendor teams
• Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision (power/telecom projects preferred)
• Good understanding of tower erection, foundation, or transmission line works
• Knowledge of safety norms and site documentation
• Strong communication and team-handling skills
• Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations
