Skill Development Executive

Job Role:

Responsible for candidate mobilization, training coordination, documentation, and placement support under skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and enroll candidates through field outreach
• Coordinate training batches and monitor attendance
• Maintain records, MIS, and compliance documents
• Support placement activities and employer coordination

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 0–3 years experience (freshers can apply)

Skills:

• Good communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness for field work
