Job Description: -
Responsibilities 
•	Implementation and management of social media strategies and campaigns inline with Organizational goals.
•	Define social media Key Performance Indicators and establish goals with a timeline to help achieve overall social media objectives. 
•	Share content that builds meaningful connections with target audience and encourages them to act in a way that is consistent with our brand strategy.
•	Capturing and analyse social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and act to information to improve social media presence
•	Stay current with the trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
•	Manage content through social media management tools
•	Coordinate with other teams for creating creative content and social media presence 
•	Create, Manage, Optimize and Measure Paid campaigns on social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
•	Communicate with Industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network.

Your differentiators
•	2+ years of experience in social media management and execution. (Preferably in Financial industry)
•	Experience of managing campaigns in various social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp. 
•	Experience of building and executing social media campaign.
•	Experience of measuring performance of SEO 
•	Good understanding of social media trends
•	Experience in creating customer personas for improved ROI
•	Should have experience in various analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahref and Google Search Console   
•	Graduate with good communication skills
•	Should be a team player
•	Should have desire to learn new technologies and tools
