Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can be the storyteller of our brand. The ideal candidate knows how to craft compelling narratives, build engagement, and showcase our mission through powerful content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Create engaging content including posts, videos, and live sessions.

• Act as the storyteller, conveying Mayzax Solutions’ values, culture, and success stories.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and candidate/client engagement.

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.

• Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams to align content with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

• Comfortable creating both written and video content.

• Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry is a plus.
