Social Media Marketing Executive

We’re seeking a dynamic Performance Marketer with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital performance channels. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites, and quick commerce marketplaces like Zepto, Blinkit, while also driving off-platform marketing via Google, Meta, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other key marketplaces.
2. Manage off-platform campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for traffic, acquisition, and retargeting.
3. Run Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns focused on retention, upselling, and customer engagement.
4. Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, etc.
5. Implement and manage discounts, deals, coupons, and seasonal promotions on marketplaces.
6. Collaborate with ad POCs at Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit for deeper optimization and insights.
7. Launch campaigns for new product rollouts and drive strategic customer acquisition efforts.
8. Generate performance reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to track and maintain growth.
9. Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation strategies.
