Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms, including YouTube, and effectively managing influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest social media trends, have a knack for creating engaging content, and possess excellent negotiation skills to collaborate with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
  • Continuously optimize social media strategies based on performance data, emerging trends, and audience insights.

2. Content Planning & Creation:

  • Create and manage a detailed social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and brand-aligned content across all channels.
  • Design scripts and key messaging for influencers, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and video content that resonates with our target audience.

3.Influencer Management:

  • Scout and identify potential influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Onboard influencers, providing them with all necessary campaign details, guidelines, and content requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the go-live dates, ensuring that influencer content is published as per the agreed schedule.

3.Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and engage with the brand’s online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and grow our online community by encouraging user-generated content, hosting giveaways, and implementing other engagement tactics.

4.Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market studies to stay informed about the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitive strategies.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

5. Advertising & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

6.Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to align social media strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, influencer partnerships, and market trends to key stakeholders.

7.Crisis Management:

  • Handle any negative publicity or social media crises with tact and efficiency, maintaining the brand’s reputation.

8.Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay updated on social media algorithms, new features, and best practices.
  • Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and industry conferences to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and influencer management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
