Job Description

  • 📌Social Media Management Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual identity.
  • Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and engagement activities.
  • Lead Generation (Main Responsibility) 🎯Run lead generation campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn.
  • Create targeted ad strategies to convert audience into quality leads.
  • Track and optimize ads to reduce cost per lead (CPL).
  • Generate daily/weekly lead reports and share with management.
  • Use landing pages, forms, and CRM to capture and nurture leads.
  • Content & Strategy Develop monthly social media calendars.
  • Work with design team for creative content.
  • Conduct competitor research and trend analysis.
  • Write captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
  • Analytics & Reporting 📊Monitor performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, leads).
  • Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, enquiries on all platforms.
  • Maintain positive brand communication with the audience.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications ✔️Proven experience as Social Media Executive or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of lead conversion funnel and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills.
  • Basic design or Canva skills (added advantage).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
