Job Description
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, reels, and videos
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy
- Run and optimize paid social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) in coordination with the performance team
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and social media guidelines
